Our Services
Friends of Zara Support Coordination
Support Connection (Level 1)
Support Connection is designed to help participants connect with providers and understand the basics of their NDIS plan. This level of support is ideal for those who need short-term assistance to get started or to build confidence using their funding.
Support Coordination (Level 2)
Support Coordination helps participants and families understand and use their NDIS plans effectively. We work alongside you to build the right support, connect with suitable providers, and ensure services are working together to meet your goals.
Our role is to reduce overwhelm, explain things clearly, and help you feel confident navigating the NDIS system.

Plan Understanding & Implementation
We help families clearly understand what their NDIS plan includes, how funding can be used, and how to put the plan into action in a way that makes sense for everyday life.
Provider Connection & Coordination
We assist with identifying, engaging, and coordinating therapists, supporting workers, and services that align with your goals, values, and needs — with a strong focus on trusted local providers.
NDIS Reviews & Planning Support
We support families to prepare plan reviews by identifying what is working, what isn’t, and what may need to change — helping ensure your plan reflects real needs and goals.
